“When summer came, nothing beats a sweet shaved ice dessert in that air conditioned-cafe down the street of itaewon. Just like that matcha bingsoo I always have with my friends after shopping. A bowl of ice flakes covered with condensed milk, red beans, and finally topped with a scoop of green tea ice cream. Looking at this (beautifully) sweet icy treat, I totally agree with the saying that “good food is like the music you can taste and color you can smell”. Everytime I see this matcha bingsoo series, it reminds me of that good time chilling down after emptying my bank account 💸”
