What if I receive the wrong/damaged product?

What if my order is incomplete?
We take great care to ensure that your order is complete and correct. However, if something is missing, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Simply send us an unboxing video of your package via WhatsApp (cell phone number) and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I change the product series?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about which product series you want. If you would like to exchange your product series, please contact us via WhatsApp (cell phone number) and provide your receipt. If your product hasn’t been prepared, we’ll be happy to change the color or model to suit your preferences.

Are Mimori products ready stock for all series?
Mimori products are usually in stock for all colors while supplies last. However, if a certain color is not available, we will indicate that you must follow the pre-order system.
What’s the difference from each series, besides color?
Mimori utilizes Ultra-Pigment Technology to create unique colors and finishes for each series, allowing them to shine in their own distinct way. Furthermore, each series has its own story that can evoke different moods and emotions, enabling you to choose a series that suits your current mood!
Where else can I get Mimori items besides the website?
In addition to purchasing Mimori products through our website, you can also conveniently buy them through our Shopee or Tokopedia shops.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- We have not received proof of payment
- You have not made a payment within 24 hours after placing the order

Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
We’ll send your order on the same day if you order and pay before 3:00 pm. For orders placed after 3:00 pm, we’ll ship them the following day.
When will my order arrive?
We’ll send your order through the logistics service you choose, so delivery time may vary depending on your location. Usually, delivery to Java takes 2-3 days while outside Java takes 4-5 days. But don’t worry, it may arrive sooner! Please be patient and wait for your order to arrive.
Why hasn't my package arrived yet?
We understand that you’re eager to receive your order, but please keep in mind that delivery time is estimated according to the logistics service you choose. You can track your package through the logistics service’s website.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
We apologize for the delay in sending your order. It may be due to an overwhelming number of orders that we’re still processing, or because you placed your order after 3:00 pm. Rest assured that we’re doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

For Shopee purchases, we offer even more logistics service options like AnterAja, SiCEPAT, Ninja Express, J&T, JNE Regular, ID Express, Gojek, and Grab. You can choose the logistics service that suits your needs.
How much is the delivery fee to my city?
The cost of postage may vary depending on the logistics service you choose. We offer several logistics services such as SiCEPAT, JNE, JNT, Grab, and Gojek. Please check the website of your chosen logistics service for the postage cost.
